Multnomah County Animal Services
Description: MCAS is the county's animal shelter and animal services agency. We have adoptable pets and offer licensing to MultCo residents. We're proud to be one of Portland's oldest animal shelters and we care for approximately 8,000 pets each year and investigate animal cruelty cases throughout Multnomah County and the Portland area.
