Surviving Change

Description: Suriviving Change is a non-profit organization that was created to target students who come from families that have been identified as dysfunctional. These students are at risk at not graduating from High School and have been left behind or have fallen through the cracks of the school system. Surviving Change encourages determination, hope, and perseverance; motivating young people to go after their dreams.
