Education Service Center - Region XIII
ESC Region XIII provides professional development to teachers in areas such as technology, bilingual education, special education, gifted and talented education, and programs for at-risk students. Region XIII Education Service Center is one of twenty service centers that serve the Texas educational needs. We are a non-regulatory agency; our relationship with school districts is collaborative and supportive. Our purpose is to aid teachers and administrators in their role as educators of our children. We serve as a liaison between the Texas Education Agency and the local schools districts and the schools they serve by disseminating information, conducting training and consultation for both federal and state programs.

Welcome to the Institute of Automotive Performance
The Institute of Automotive Performance is located at the PSI business park in Hillsboro, OR which also houses Portland Speed Industries headquarters. With our own dedicated shop facility, fab shop, in-house chassis dyno and classroom area our students get to see first hand and interact with our faculty in a way thatgives them real world understanding of what it's like to work in a fast paced performance atmosphere. I.A.P. is also located about thirty minutes from Portland International Raceway, a race track with a 1/4 mile dragstrip and test circuit. The location offers the ability to have some trackside experience.
