Prodigy Foundation - Freida J. Riley Achievement Award The Prodigy Foundation was formed by Roy Lee Cooke to support education and jobs in West Virginia. Each year, the Prodigy Foundation presents the Freida J. Riley Award. It recognizes an outstanding teacher who has overcome adversity, or makes an enormous sacrifice to positively impact students.
