In the late 1960s, the company added buried cable and conduit construction to its portfolio of services. Throughout the 1970s the company continued its expansion into telecommunication services. In 1980, Meyer Tree Service, Inc. became Meyer Services, Inc. as the company continued its evolution into a multifaceted provider of a wide array of telecommunications construction and utility related services.
