A am a dynamic professional with 20 years experience in various aspects of the management of a diversified variety of business offices, 10 of which are in Real Estate. I worked in a Re/Max Office in Florida when I first got my real estate license in Florida in 1995. I then worked in two Commercial Real Estate/Development Companies in California for 7 years as their Controller. And now in 2009 I have my Real Estate license in SC.
Why would I choose Real Estate? It has always been a money maker and people are always going to buy and sell property.
Why Now? Just like the stock market. Jump into it at its low point and it has to improve. My plan is I am going to ride the flood of buyers and sellers when it comes time. I am collecting my database and laying the foundation of my business.
