Mind 13 Exploration of mind and cosmic consciousness
Mind13 is my journey for higher consciousness /illumination in my higher self. Self mastery and knowledge of self is at the root of this path. I am growing everyday in mind, body and soul making me more confident and wise. Serenity, or peace, is achieved by striving for inner peace first. The most important step in this direction is to recognize the inner child of the mind. The second step emancipating the inner child from all forms of abuse and loving it unconditionally, like a child. Self-love is the key to serenity. One should take control as a conscious being and love one self, yet not be dictated by it. Some find serenity in nature; for others, serenity is found in visiting with family and friends. True serenity is achieved by empowering the inner life and allowing it to reflect the external life. Our thoughts create our existence, reality and perception. All aspects of life is generated by thought Happiness and suffering are dependent upon your own mind, upon your interpretation. They do not come from outside one self All of your happiness and all your suffering are created by you and your own mind Everything is within us if only many of us would grasp this internalizing it and know what it means. There is no one path to higher consciousness/ illumination. Everyone’s path to the light or dark is different even though roads may cross our paths will be very different. What works for me may not work for you. And vice versus Look within yourself, trust yourself, know you, and create one self. This is the path of the Gods “Madrey”
