As Technical Lead and Software Architect,
I am responsible for the technical expertise behind Microsoft SharePoint
projects. I work closely with clients, project managers and developers
throughout the different phases of SharePoint projects to ensure on-time
and superior delivery.I also help in drafting project estimates, analyzing
existing systems and architecting content management systems using
SharePoint. I led a team of 6 developers for a year to deliver a
sophisticated and robust SharePoint-based compliance system for
Reliability First, which I also architected and deployed to the clients
highly-secured servers. I served as Lead SharePoint Architect and
Designer for Texas Regional Entity's public site and content management
system. I offered extensive SharePoint training sessions to the client,
allowing them to utilize SharePoint's powerful tools efficiently. I
have also served as a Senior .NET Developer in several .NET projects
for clients such as Pollstar and Z Gallerie. In addition, I architected
and implemented Guidance's powerful SharePoint Intranet system. I have
almost over 5 years of experience in software development, having
successfully delivered several projects for some of the top Fortune
500 companies. Prior to Guidance, I worked as a full-time Technical
Consultant in software development for Microsoft. I was responsible
for delivering hourly-based consultation in software development
focusing on Microsoft Exchange Server and Microsoft Office
SharePoint Server to Microsoft Gold Partners in Europe and Africa.
I also worked with software-services giant Electronic Data
Systems (EDS) to deliver identity management systems.I was born
and raised in the Middle East where I graduated from the
University of Ain Shams with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer
Science. I have earned several certifications as a Microsoft
Certified Technology Specialist for my expertise in SharePoint.
I have also recently became Ektron Certified Developer. My wife &
I live in Los Angeles, CA.
