Advice is given for preparation of conceptual development plans and getting proposed projects properly sited and approved. This may include acting as representative agent or development team member in discussing plans with local government officials and seeking development approvals through annexation, rezoning, subdivision, special use or other permitting processes. Businesses or institutions wanting to expand or relocate receive advice and technical assistance through demographics and marketing research.
