M.—Incorporating both local and exotic traditions, the Ó Eating House at the
Pueblo of Pojoaque has re-opened under Executive Chef Steven Lemon, who endeavors to provide a high-class dining
experience at moderate cost.
The restaurant features a Mediterranean/Italian menu that provides a high-value experience for diners. For starters, Ó
offers a rich roasted butternut squash soup with pear mostarda and toasted filberts, or a luxurious assortment of
antipasti offerings, among other menu delights. Entrées include pan-seared rainbow trout served with pine-nut salsa
verde and cous cous salad, or grilled quail and hot sausage served with soft polenta, savory game sauce and rapini.
Generously cut and expertly prepared steaks also grace the menu, along with exceptional pasta offerings. Dinner
entrées range from $12 to $25.
“We are extremely excited to be located next door to the Pojoaque Valley Farmers’ Market and rooted in the
creative and cultural center of the Pueblo,” said Lemon, who has been delighting New Mexico palates for more
than 20 years. “Our plan is to incorporate local produce into our recipes, which we feel are a natural fit to our location.”
