ay Hao Paint Works Pte Ltd formerly known as Tay Hao Painting Contractor was incorporated in 1998. The Company started as a sole proprietor in the year 1998 providing painting and special coating specialist where it had received subcontract works from established Companies in this regard.
Since its incorporation, the Company attained BCA registration under CR09-L3 as a Repair and Redecoration Contractor In the year 2002.
From the period 2000 to 2004, under the leadership of our Managing Director, Mr. Tay Chin Beng, the Company has actively undertaken many contracts with many established Companies such as Dupont Singapore Fibre Pte Ltd, Philip Eletronics Singapore Pte Ltd, Asia Pacific Breweries (S) Pte Ltd, etc. Further, the Company had set a milestone by tendering for many public contracts and being awarded the same with the Housing Development Board(HDB), The Peoples Association just to name a few.
In year 2005, which was the year for rapid expansion of the Companys business, it went on to register itself with the BCA under the General Building CW01- C3 category.
This has enabled the Company to participate more tenders in the public sector involving projects of substantial proportion. Such recent projects were with the Peoples Association, Housing Development Board (HDB), the National University of Singapore (NUS), the Singapore Polytechnic (SP), the Central Provident Fund Board (CPF) respectively. In this respect, the Company had undertaken and completed such projects within the stipulated time frame. This was due to the companys professionalism, dedication and total commitment and competence in providing such services to our clients.During the period 2006, the Company had pursuant under the BCA registration upgraded itself as a General Building CW01- C1, which allowed the Company to bid for public tender up to the value of 5 million in this regard.
In year 2007, the Company had, once again, pursuant under the BCA registration upgraded itself CRO6 - L1 under the Interior Decoration and Finishing Works, and Water Proofing Installation category.
In line with stringent safety standards in the industry, the Company had attained the Safety Management Certificate (BCA) in year 2008.
To enhance the effectiveness and quality of the Companys services and products, it achieved ISO 9001: 2000 certification in December 2008 in this regard.
Currently the Company has its own premises, and has a workforce of 12 staffs and 20 general workers respectively. Further, the Company has in its workforce highly trained and professional staff, such as the requisite safety personnel to enhance its technical and operational management as a whole.
In finality the Company was named The Best Paint Applicator that was awarded by Nippon (S) Pte Ltd, Jotun (Singapore) Pte Ltd, ParexDavco (Singapore) Pte Ltd and Chemson Asia Pte Ltd respectively.
