King Fahd Causeway Authority is a Body Corporate. It was formed pursuant to the Construction Agreement between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Kingdom of Bahrain signed on 26/12/1985, and attested by the Royal Decree No. M/9 on 14/1/1986 and the Emiri Decree No. 4 on 30/1/1986.
