Relax De-Stress
Stress is characterized by any change or condition that upsets the body's equilibrium. This can be a physical, emotional and/or a mental response. Therefore, nutrition can have a significant affect on stress because in order for the body to be functioning properly it needs to have a balanced diet filled with all of the necessary nutrients. In this day and age it is very difficult to get all of the nutrients the body needs through diet. Why? Because nutrients are significantly decreased when food if frozen, processed, cut and left out, picked too early, when the soil has lost some of its nutrients, etc
plus, the body needs additional nutrients to combat all of the other stresses it encounters, i.e. pollution, stress, disease, injuries, etc
