Michael Saporito is the Founder and Director of Berkshire Training, Evaluation, Consultation & Coaching (BTECC) and a State Licensed Director of Special Education for the Farmington River Regional School District. Michael is a dynamic trainer and speaker who is known to provide practical skill application in the area of behavior management and modification. Extensive experience and training allow Michael to draw upon key methodologies from many experts and present them in a fun and understandable manner. Michael has provided training and consultation and evaluation services for Private, Public, Charter & Residential Schools as well as Hospital and other group care settings. Michael has keynoted and provided workshops for Regional and State wide conferences.
