Belleair Beach is a private beach, with no high rises, just south of famous Clearwater Beach. Florida's greatest restaurants and shopping are just minutes away. Numerous golf courses, attractions and the Tampa airport is nearby. Also available for the boat and fishing enthusiast within walking distance is a semi-private boat launch on the Intracoastal with access to Gulf (unloading of boats into intracostal with access to Gulf, fishing off boat dock...).

The master bedroom has a king-size bed + full-size hideaway sofa bed, and semi-ensuite bathroom. The middle bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds (sleeps 4). And for added sleeping accommodation the sitting room has a full-size hideaway bed. Everyone can dine in the kitchen which accommodates 10.
