Eva Konstantopoulos
Eva Konstantopoulos is originally from New York. After graduating from Emerson College with a double major in Media Studies and Writing/Literature, she moved out West and worked at various entertainment studios in Los Angeles until entering The University of California, Riverside as a Master of Fine Art’s candidate in the Fall of 2007. Her short stories have previously appeared in The Salt River Review, 322 Review, and SLAB, among others. She was the first place winner of the 2009 Equivocality Writer’s Travel Scholarship, and her feature length screenplay “The Virgin of Poughkeepsie” was awarded Best Screenplay at the 2008 Gotham Screen International Film Festival. She has read screenplays for Plum Pictures, Lions Gate Films, Fish & Richardson, P.C., and the Nantucket Film Festival, and has previously worked as a pre-school teacher, movie usher, office assistant, café barista, bookseller, and a fieldworker at a restored 14th century castle in The Netherlands. Currently, she lives and writes in Los Angeles.

Haifa Saleh
Artist Haifa Saleh's paintings are inspired by the culture and history of Dubai, Kuwait and the Gulf region. She paints the distinctive character she sees in traditional Arabian music and dance, old buildings, markets and pearl divers. Haifa first encountred hummingbirds in California, where she was inspired by their energy and beautiful colours.
