Okay we are back with a whole bunch of new pictures as I am seven months now. We came back from Memphis (again). This time we celebrated Appacha's 80th birthday. Also Alyssa was a flower girl at a wedding, but silly dad didn't get pictures of the wedding but he did get some at the reception. Alyssa looked so pretty. One day I want to grow up and look like her.
This is Kayla and I am four months old now. My big sister Alyssa said she needed a break because she is busy with school, so I thought I would share pictures of My First Trip to Memphis and My First Studio Pictures
I am 3 now. And boy has a lot changed. I started school. We moved. And I am now a big sister. She came home for Christmas. We did not name her Broccoli or Area Korea or any other suggestions I had. But I do love my sister lots and soon she will be adding her perspective here. But right now she is busy sleeping, eating, or pooping. Well I am off to play.
I am 2 1/2 now. Once again dad has not updated forever. I just went to Washington D.C. and saw my cousin Iyshachache graduate. I also saw the National Zoo (so been there, done that). I took my first real train ride. But I got in trouble with dad on the way back. Something about me not being a good listener, blah blah blah. I didn't hear what else he said. I now know how to spell my name and I may start school soon, but before that I get to go visit Elmo. Oh yeah, I am going to be a big sister. So this page may be renamed "Watching Alyssa and Broccoli Grow Up". At least, if I get to name the baby.
I will turn 23 months soon. I just returned from my first Disney World trip. I had so much fun. I hugged Winnie the Pooh, Tigger. Piglet, Eyore, Mickey Mouse, Minne Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Goofy, Pluto, and characters I have never heard of before. I learned to do the Hula dance on stage in front of a bunch of people. I went on a Safari and saw so many animals and even saw some from my room (like zebras and giraffes) everyday. I also went swimming, played in Winnie's house, saw parades and fireworks and NEVER ate one healthy thing. It was SOOOOOO MUUUUCH Fun.
I am 20 months now and I just came back from Memphis where I had a lot of fun with my cousins. Talking is no problem, but now I am learning the power of words. Two expressions that seem very powerful are "Yea Bama" and "Roll Tide". I haven't got a clue what it means yet, but when I say it Dad claps for me a very long time. I am also taking a music class and am enjoying it very much despite my genetic limitations in the area. Later.
Okay it has been a long while, one year to be more precise because I just turned 19 mos. My dad is so slow....Too many new things that I do to share them all but I will hit the highlights. I have been doing three and four word sentences for about two months, so I understand a lot. What I don't understand, I repeat. (In other words, Dada has had to come up with a whole bunch of new words to describe the drivers he encounters on the road) My favorite foods are french fries and ice cream. And I have learned to manipulate Dada with the word "Pleeeeease!!" and a kiss. It works every time....
Okay I am 7 months now. I am doing new tricks all the time. I stand up and I am taking steps while holding onto things. This opens all sorts of new things I can get into. Mom and Dad used to put things on the couch because I couldn't reach them. No more of that. I am also learning the power of crying and smiling to get what I still can't reach. Although Dad is so easy I don't have to try real hard until he gives in...Keep checking in and I will share more of the new things I learn.
