Brisbane Personal Training Goup Fitness and Bootcamp - Edging 4 Fitness with Jayden Edge
Edging 4 Fitness and Jayden Edge in Brisbane develop 12 week ongoing training programs designed to assist our clients in achieving their fitness goals. Each group will have an assigned trainer and will be categorised into 3 levels: Beginner (white), Intermediate (red) & Advanced (blue). A buddy system has been implemented to make members more accountable and increase motivation levels. Our programs are flexible and adaptable for any committed individual regardless of experience, skill or fitness level making it the perfect application.
E4F has three different packages available: Elite Fitness 5xsessions, Results Package 3xsessions and Starter Pack 1xsession for those wanting to gradually increase their fitness. The Results package would be recommended to benefit from a complete workout. Combining strength training, cardio, core and flexibility sessions per week which will help accelerate the process. To encourage our clients to enroll in the results package which has 3 sessions a week a reduced rate per session is offered.
A compulsory assessment will be performed on each new member to identify any physical weaknesses within the body. This will insure our clients safety when participating in Group Fitness.
