Hybrid Gym & Training Center
Hybrid is a brand new state of the art training facility that offers classes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Submission Grappling, MMA (mixed martial arts), and circuit/functional fitness. We are partnering with George Hissung, Marcelo Alonso's first American Black Belt and Team Carlson Gracie Member.
George is well known in the Northwest as a phenomenal technical instructor in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Submission Grappling and MMA. He will continue this excellent tradition as Hybrid's head instructor. We will soon be offering cardio kickboxing, self-defense and kids classes as well. Our goal is to make our facility attractive and useful for those that are interested in getting in the best shape of their life while gaining functional skills in the most useful, proven martial arts in the world. Hybrid is ideal for those just interested in learning self-defense as well as those who are looking for a great facility to seriously train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Submission Grappling and Mixed Martial Arts. Our instructors are some of the best technical trainers in the Northwest. Along with George Hissung, we will also have excellent striking instructors and certified Crossfit instructors as well.
