Coe-Brown Academy
Coe-Brown Northwood Academy, founded in 1867, is a small co-educational public-private secondary school for grades 9-12. The Academy campus is located on the shores of Harvey Lake in Northwood, New Hampshire.
It is the mission of Coe-Brown Northwood Academy to produce graduates who are academically
and socially prepared to be responsible, caring and contributing members of the global society.
The campus consists of the Academy classroom building, Cogswell Hall, Soper Place, Wiggin Hall Fine Arts Center, Smith Hall, playing fields and woodlands.
Coe-Brown Academy is an approved New Hampshire high school and it is accredited by the New England Association of Secondary Schools. It is governed by a Board of Trustees, which meets on a regular basis.
Students from the surrounding towns are accepted on a tuition basis. At present there are 627 students from the towns of Northwood, Strafford, Nottingham, Barrington, Barnstead and Deerfield.
