I discovered photography as a freshman in high school in 1968 and haven't stopped since. I have worked as a Kodachrome Quality Control Chemist, a Design Engineer for a Photo Processor Manufacturer, and as a Photoshop Retoucher and later, as a Prepress Manager. Now that I'm in IT, I stay involved in photography as a hobby. I'm an avid member of the Silver Spring Camera Club.

Fine Art Nature, Wildlife & Landscape Photography - Pawleys Island - Donald Withers
Donald is a self taught photographer and has enjoyed photography for most of his life. Since moving to Pawleys Island in 2009, he has been able to dedicate more time to his true passion for nature, wildlife and landscape photography.
Donald is a member of the North American Nature Photography Association, Nature Photographers Network, Carolina Nature Photography Association, Seacoast Artist Guild, and is a Field Contributor for Nature Photography Magazine as well as a Contributing Staff Photographer at Hobcaw Barony. His work can be viewed in Pawleys Island at the Gray Man Gallery, Pawleys Island Mercantile, Applewood Restaurant, Hobcaw Barony Discovery Center and the South Carolina National Heritage Corridor website as well as his website at http://www.DonaldWithersPhotography.com.
