WELCOME TO PETER WEST PHOTOGRAPHY
The current slide show is from the Oakville Ecology Festival 2011 organized by the Oakville Community Centre for Peace, Ecology and Human Rights. Over 65 exhibitors filled the Glen Abbey Rec Centre. Hand sanitizers were handed out to the first 1,000 visitors and Halton Region had free blue boxes.
I am a special events photographer working in the Greater Toronto Area. A former photographer with a daily newspaper and later a photo-journalist, community newspaper and group national magazine editor, I bring over 40 years of experience to everything I shoot.
As a former vice-president of a national public relations agency and a media relations officer for The Canadian Red Cross and the Ontario Provincial Police, I know how to shoot for maximum news impact.
I am available for one-on-one photography instruction and I am a popular presenter at camera clubs across southern Ontario. If your organization or camera club would like a workshop on any aspect of digital photography, don't hesitate to contact me.
