The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is China s northern frontier. It has an area of 1.18 million km². We, US Duck, one of the expertises of manufacturing of wool scarf factory at Inner Mongolia, have been established from 1992. In the year of 2001, it also witnessed accelerated pace of industrial restructuring and technologic renovation in the region; our factory expanded business to the field of import and export. Our main markets cover to Italy, Japan, USA, Hong Kong, Turkey, UK and France. We also have established head office in Taipei, Taiwan. We have 480 employees and 50 of them are technical staff and specialists. Our production target have been set to 1.5 million pieces annually, however, the actual total quantities of production of cashmere, wool shawl, velvet shawl and scarf were 1.2 million pieces in 2005. 1. Introduction of Processes: Material purchasing → Spinning → Weaving → Bushel → Entwist → Color Dying → Washing → Shrinking → Quality inspection → Labeling → Packing → Final production product 2. Production Capabilities: . Spinning Jenny Plant: One set of Spinner, capability of production is 6 tons. . Weaving Plant: There are 34 sets of H212 Tatting machine, 6 sets of shaft loom and 4 sets of 1511 loom. Capability of production: 150000 pieces shawl (60000 ~ 80000 pcs are refined shawl) . Fixing Plant: To fix all the productions . Entwist Plant: With 180 labors, to rub with hand for production of refinery shawl. Daily production: 20000 pcs . Bushel Plant: There are 40 bushelers in 20 revamp stands. Daily Production: 1800 pcs . Washing/Shrinking/Airing: There are 4 sets of WSA and 12 pieces of steam press machines. Daily Production: 2500 pcs . Quality Control Plant: There are 23 professional inspectors. Daily Production: 2000 pcs . Labeling and Packing: There are 25 Labors.
