The old sugar factory of Foligno (Umbria, Italy) is one of those places where manufacturing has been able to deliver an entire civilization. Place of production, labor force, and historical reference point throughout a city. My portfolio "Industrial memories" would be able to pay tribute to this. Over the fate of the area where the building stood, and beyond the memory of the spectral and gutted wreckage of the original, a respectful tribute to a beautiful and original example of industrial architecture.
