Brady Clampitt is re-infusing soul music with aspects of blues, rock, r&b, funk, and country. Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, Brady developed a love for singing in the choir at his church and while attending middle school he studied woodwinds. He then became interested in the guitar while playing soprano and alto in the jazz band ensemble. He practiced in his parents garage and formed his first trio at age 15. He has gone on to play with several different bands performing in front of thousands in Florida and Georgia. After developing his chops on the local scene with some of Jacksonville’s heavyweights, Brady was soon interested in a formal education in music. He is currently attending Berklee College of Music studying for a B.A. in Professional Music.
