Networks make it easy to establish ad hoc collaborating communities of people and computing devices. They configure and reconfigure themselves automatically, as nodes appear, migrate, and disappear. This makes them easier to maintain than before, when networks were tuned largely for static wired topologies. Local networks connect seamlessly with each other, with satellite and terrestrial networks, and with a large number and variety of physical devices that can be used to monitor and control the physical world. The demand for network technologies and communications is large and growing rapidly. Networking should be on-demand, with whomever or whatever they want, regardless of time or location. To meet these requirements, industry has invested heavily in a variety of wireless and wireline communications technologies, each with its own strengths and weaknesses. In recent times, we have seen the emergence of 3G and 4G, WiFi and WiMax, Bluetooth and Zigbee, Ultrawideband and TV-band, Powerline and Free space optical.
Next-generation services require unified and scalable technologies spread across the network protocol layers facilitating a converged service model across all partitions of the network. Networks allow the user to access remote programs and remote databases either of the same organization or from other enterprises or public sources.

Today's emergence of new programming language development and operating systems development has lead to a new flurry of creativity in our daily activities. Cross-fertilization from both sides has enabled challenges from one area to be approached using techniques developed in the other while advances in one enabled new capabilities in both. Although the operating systems community keeps a strong grasp on C, modern programming language ideas however persist to ignite innovations in OS design. Programming languages such as binary codes, C ,Java and modern operating systems such as Microsoft Windows, Mac OSX and GNU/Linux have revolutionized the user interfaces in cellular phones, video game consoles, supercomputers and web servers. The motivation behind this multi-disciplinary conference is to address fundamental principles and important innovations in the design, analysis, and implementation of programming languages and operating systems interfaces. We seek researchers and academicians to discuss cross-fertilizing research in areas of software engineering concepts and multi-processing systems that reflects on experience and explores new territories.

In the past, economics is primarily focused on numbers and statistics. However, with the introduction of qualitative and quantitative economics research, economics has evolved from the neo-classical theories and instead can now be easily understood and meaningfully presented with the analytical forecasts of the numbers and statistics that are produced. Qualitative economics refers to a direction of change in some economic variable as related to change of some other economic variable. On the other hand, quantitative economics uses a range of complex mathematical and statistical procedures to analyze economic phenomena. These techniques help economic analysts explain economic issues and understand human actions, group interactions and communities. The QQE conference is dedicated in providing researchers, academicians and students with a thorough understanding of the core techniques of quantitative and qualitative economics as well as their strengths and limitations. We also welcome participants to include their understanding of the qualitative and quantitative application to test economic theories and measure magnitudes relevant for economic policy and other decisions.
