Recently I had the honor of being inducted into the Niagara Falls Arts & Culture Wall of Fame along with Director James Cameron, of AVATAR and TITANIC fame.
As an American living and working in Niagara Falls, Canada, I was especially honored to be included with the names that make up the Wall of Fame.

Laura Deakin, Contemporary Jewellery
Laura Deakin is an Australian-born contemporary jeweller based in Munich, Germany, and has recently completed her final year at Munich's Academy of Fine Art (Akademie der Bildenden Künste). Her work can be seen in permanent collections at the Museum of Modern Art (Pinakotech der Moderne) in Munich and Gallery Marzee in Nijmegen, The Netherlands. Her work is represented at Gallery Funaki in Melbourne and Gallery Ra in Amsterdam.
