Airline Training Orientation Program (ATOP)
The ATOP offers any pilot with a sincere interest in an airline
career, regardless of ratings and flight time, a rare opportunity
to experience the Continental Airlines Flight Center and the FAR 121 training
environment. Each participant learns the operation of all major systems
on the B-737/300; serves as crew for one hour and observer
for one hour in EACH training device; flies the B-737/300 Full
Flight Simulator according to airline procedures; logs one hour of B-737/300
simulator time.
