Nancy Ridley was born and lives in Wichita Falls, Tx. She has lived in many different areas of Texas and spent two summers in Wyoming where a lot of her photos were taken. She has traveled across much of the southwest i.e., Oklahoma, Colorado, Idaho, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada and Utah.
Many of her photographs are from these areas. Being of Native American Indian (Cherokee) descent she realizes the significance of preserving our earth and tries to convey the beauty of nature and its treasures in all her photos.
