Welcome to my website! It concerns the very serious and heart-wrenching issue of a wrongful conviction, and an innocent man in prison with a 42-year sentence. That man is my father, Don Miller. He is a loving, wonderful, honest, and caring person. Our family misses him dearly and we need your help. It has been established beyond question that he was falsely accused and that the court and prosecutor are aware the conviction is a wrongful one. Don was convicted on perjury. The prosecutor knowingly used that perjury. Here you will learn that the Circuit Court for Iron County Wisconsin turned its back on truth and justice and knowingly allows an innocent man to remain in prison. In fact, not only has Don's accuser been caught in multitudes of lies, but so has the prosecutor. Judge Madden and DA Lipske are implicated in an ongoing conspiracy in this matter. What you will learn about Iron County 'justice' will, or should, shock you. We are not seeking sympathy, but your voice, but would also be grateful for any legal or investigatory services you can provide, or any financial assistance for legal costs you may be able to spare. We ask you to speak out against those involved in this matter. Voice concern regarding denial of justice and the state's indifference to our pleas for help. Unless we speak out to move a politically paralyzed government to action here, we are all in grave danger. Prosecutor, judge, and the state are afraid to act in wrongful convictions.
