Just knowing the answers to these questions makes a huge difference. The coaching that I do allows people to access those answers, get in touch with their hopes and dreams. That's the first step.
The coaching process after that is different for everyone. The key elements for most people include goal setting, accountability, getting feedback, taking action, and possibly most of all, creating confidence and a feeling of high self esteem.
I have worked with hundreds of people over the last ten years. My specialties include Weight Loss, Creating Success, Sales Mastery, and Health Coaching. I have also had a lot of experience with working with people who do Network Marketing.'
I do phone coaching, and I use NLP, EFT and/or Hypnosis if the client requests it.
I am also a Coach and Sales Trainer with Eric Lofholm International. I give free 30 minute workshops at companies all over Orange County and LA, or on a conference call. Some popular topics are:

My clients needs are of the utmost importance, and I am completely committed
to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of my business is from repeat clients and referrals.
My prior work was that I was a writer and photographer for over twenty years.
My writing and photographs have been published in magazines in over 60 countries, and I have published three books with major book publishers. I am currently working on two others: "A Year From Today," a guide to having the life that you desire, and "The Wonder of Life," a collection of my photographs.
Because coaching is such personal work, it is imortant to know that it is a good "fit" for both of us, so I offer a free initial consultation.
