First BIC - Welcome to First Baptist Institutional Church of Chicago, a World Church with a Community Spirit. If you are looking for a church home, this is a warm invitation for you to join with men, women, and youth in the worship of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Membership is open to all who wish to share in the worship of God and live a Christian life. You may become a member of this Church Family by attending services and coming forward during the Invitation to Discipleship. You may also become a member by a letter of transfer from your current church home. We hope our walls never become so thick as to cut out the cries of our communities, neither the joyous nor the anguished ones.
