2010 BT CITIZEN PHOTOGRAPHER OF THE YEAR
UK Picture Editors' Guild Awards
The image galleries contain photos taken primarily since the purchase of my first SLR camera in 2007 and include a diverse set of locations, cultures and genre; from Wildlife, to Portrait, to Landscape. In all, this is a small collection from over tens of thousands of images taken in over 40 countries. The images have been selected not only on content or subject matter, but on technical difficulty and overall feedback received from online photography forums. They are also my personal favourites.
Overall my focus and passion lies within nature and travel photography. Apart from converting to B&W and level adjustments, post-shot touch-ups are kept to a minimum. The beauty (and difficulty) of inspiring photography is for it to remain exactly that: a photo.
