I processed loans for over 15 years and received numerous awards for outstanding achievement in volume, accuracy and difficulty. I attended American Bankers School of Mortgage Banking in Studio City California, First Horizon College of Loan Origination in Irving Texas, Brian Buffini Turning Point Retreat, Todd Duncan Strategies for Sales Excellence and Building Champions . Most recently I achieved the level of Certified Mortgage Planner. There are less than 1% of loan officers in the country that have obtained this certification. Customer service is my specialty. My background, experience and understanding of underwriting guidelines enable me to address difficulties up front which prevents constant phone calls requesting additional information and last minute problems.
