Nantier Company kindly welcome the opportunity to help you design and install Air Ventilation System with Energy Recovery Unit which appropriate for a room that requires more oxygen (reduce CO2) or need to exhaust out odor/smoke.
This ERV (Energy Recovery Ventilation) is an Air to Air Heat Exchanger which could be applied to air ventilation system for an A/C (Air Conditioning) room in order to reduce a heat load. It can exchange both sensible and latent heat.
When fresh air (32ºC) is coming from outside of the room, the heat of fresh air will transfer pass thru ERV unit to exhaust air (23ºC) which coming from inside of the room. The result is that ERV is able to drop fresh air temperature 8 to 10 degree Celsius.
MSP DEHUMIDIFIER
Pre-Engineered MSP Dehumidifying Coils is designed to be put in Air Handling Unit (AHU). MSP Dehumidifier Coil units combine MSP TECHNOLOGY's patented Multiple Small Plate Technology with cooling coils, offered in a range of super-efficient, pre-engineered dehumidifying coil components. Capacities are available from 200 to 24,000 CFM. Larger models can be built to specification.
1. Warm, humid incoming air flows through the first pass of the plate type air-to-air heat exchangers for pre-cooling and initial dehumidification. This is accomplished by regenerative thermal exchange with the cooler air that is leaving the heat exchanger. (see step 3)
