However, if for any reason you cannot follow a particular day, you can mix the days as long as once you have chosen your menu sheet for that day, you stick to that particular one. If you have a favourite menu sheet, you can use it more than once in the month there are no hard and fast rules, although the sheets as they stand have been designed to give a good healthy balance throughout the month.
