Yet, the disciples offered salvation to the world, and they kept the Jewish Sabbath. Indeed, in the early centuries, it is long after the first century that we find Christians keeping any other day than Saturday holy. Sunday worship is often based upon honoring the day of Christ's resurrection. But Christ and His disciples all kept the seventh-day Sabbath.
