The TakeAway Environmental Return System™ is a secure, convenient, turnkey solution for proper disposal of unused patient medications, both prescription and over–the–counter – EXCLUDING CONTROLLED PRESCRIPTIONS (DRUGS) .
The TakeAway Environmental Return System™ offers two convenient methods for disposal: TakeAway™ Envelopes: USPS Solution (8"x11")
The TakeAway™ envelope is a unique, proven method for disposal of unused patient medications from the home environment. Simply, follow the instructions for use – fill it, seal it, and return it via your U.S.P.S. mail carrier, or nearby Post Office, for assured destruction.
Larger UPS Solution
New, larger (11"x15") envelope, which is ideal for a family or to facilitate the need to properly dispose for greater quantities of unused patient medication. Simply, follow the instructions for use – fill it, seal it, and drop it off at your nearest UPS store, center or hand to a driver.
TakeAway™ Drop-Off Systems:
The TakeAway™ drop-off systems are designed for use in participating pharmacies and other approved facilities. These systems are available in three convenient sizes: 10, 20 and 40–gallon containers.

CONTROLLED PRESCRIPTIONS (DRUGS) CANNOT BE USED WITH TAKEAWAY ENVIRONMENTAL RETURN SYSTEM™ ENVELOPES OR DROP-OFF SYSTEMS.
