Being in the Downriver area is not a requirement, but we will be having meet-ups in and around the downriver area.
If you want to learn, hang out with, and go on outings with other photographers of various skill levels, then this is the group for you.
Meet-ups, contests, trips and whatever else helps enhance the fellowship of photographers.
Downriver is the unofficial name for a collection of 18 suburban cities and townships in Wayne County, Michigan south of Detroit along the western shore of the Detroit River. Allen Park, Brownstown, Ecorse, Flat Rock, Gibraltar, Grosse Ile, Huron, Lincoln Park, Melvindale, River Rouge, Riverview, Rockwood, Romulus, Southgate, Taylor, Trenton, Woodhaven, Wyandotte.
