Its main job is preventive and corrective maintenance for trackworks and civil works for depot, mainline and station buildings. Moreover, it also provides technical manpower support for Rolling Stock Maintenance, Signalling, Overhead Catenary System (OCS), Power Supply and Automatic Fare Collection System (AFCS).
