Diane is a trained Nurse Gerontologist since 2000 and has her own professional geriatric care management business Desert Geriatric Services where she assist families and friends with planning and caring for their senior or disabled loved ones.. She is not only a strong advocate for the elderly, but promotes improving how we are living until we die, along with development of good palliative care practices in health care systems. She now functions as a palliative care expert, along with founding the non-profit organization Partnership for End of Life Choices. Her volunteerism includes volunteering for the City of La Quinta’s Emergency Response Team, La Quinta Senior Center where she volunteers her Professional Care Manager knowledge twice a month.
