Enrollment Management Innovations (EMI) was started in the early 90’s while founder Richard Ashley was managing and supervising the marketing, admissions and retention staff of a multi-location career college in Florida.
The mission of EMI is to provide training, education and hands-on experience to the men and women who manage, supervise and implement the enrollment management and marketing departments of career colleges.
To support this mission, EMI and Richard Ashley provide a number of services which will be outlined in more detail on this site. However, what separates EMI and Richard Ashley from other businesses is that until January, 2007 when he retired from the day to day career college industry to focus his energies on EMI it was all “hands-on.”
Having spent 30 years generating, converting and graduating thousands of career college students he has been where you are and welcomes the opportunity to get your school to the next level and beyond.
