Zephyr Valley is a private villa estate, based upon a leasehold land sub-division. Under Thai law, foreign persons or companies generally cannot own land in Thailand. However, they are able to lease land and own the buildings developed on the land. The maximum legal lease period is 30 years, with renewable options up to 90 years.
