ESIN - European Small Islands Federation
The European Small Islands Federation (ESIN) gathers more than 1200 island organisations in Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Scotland, Sweden and Aland. These represent more than 1200 small island communities. ESIN would like to be a common voice for these communities. This is made possible by the promotion of Inter-island cooperation and by regular links with the EU institutions.

Wing Chun Gung-Fu is an advanced and effective method of self defense The system includes three hand forms, one wooden dummy form, eight kicking principles, the butterfly swords, the 6 1/2 point long staff and the chi sao (sticky hands) training method unique to Wing Chun. Chi Sau helps develop the 13 principles in Wing Chun, such as posture, position, timing, distance, power, the way, reaction, guts, aggressiveness, controlling, decision, reserve and adjustment, as well as mastery over the techniques of the system. When practiced correctly, this system will lead to balanced development of the 3 aspects: physical, mental and spiritual.

The Guam Cycling Federation is committed to building a cycling community on Guam.
The GCF is an incorporated non-profit organization whose purpose is to provide Guams cyclists with a venue for safe and effective riding.
The GCF strives to sponsor and sanction various races each year in order to give Guams cyclists the opportunity to compete in cycling races.
Membership in the GCF is open to all interested persons.
The GCF includes both recreational riders and competitive cyclists.
