Studio Peter Van Riet is a full service design agency, based in Belgium. We live in a changing world in which emotions, fragmentation and cross disciplinarity are facts. Were information is not longer the key. How to use this information is the question. Our focus is actually a broad spectrum of services such as product design and design management, through which we offer our customers a creative interface. We think both on micro and macro levels in order to produce the maximal result in meeting a client’s specific requirements. As specialists in diverse forms of design consultancy, we strive to maintain a balance between qualitative, innovative design and market relevance. Our process approach is always conducted in close contact with the customer to ensure a collective, result-oriented growth process. This type of intensive interaction with the client is one of our strong suits. Aside from technological, economical and human aspects, we focus during the design process largely on a fourth dimension: emotionality. It is an indefinable surplus value: form follows function and feeling. Methodology is not the only ingredient necessary in the design process. The emotional force of products is becoming increasingly important. Because we live in a continually evolving society, one in which emotions, fragmentation, and cross-disciplinary thinking are facts, these aspects also permeate our designs. We are oriented towards the future while simultaneously valuing and examining ‘the now’. We are also glad to provide assistance in the search for a suitable, innovative company image and an appropriate company strategy, which we call ‘company design’. Nowadays, information itself has become less important than what you do with it. In this transition from an ‘information society’ to a ‘recommendation society’, we are happy to use our knowledge and vision to guide you to a result that both generates attention and meets all your requirements.
