FL - 3 DMAT is a Federal, State, and Local Emergency Medical Resource Team. FL-3 DMAT was established in Tampa Bay Florida in 1993 and its mandate has always been one of training for a mass casualty event that we all hope never comes. FL3-DMAT is organized as a 501C Non-Profit Corporation when not on deployment and accepts tax deductable gifts in a variety of forms.
