For the past 20 years, Cindy Shoup has been serving the Temecula and Murrieta Valley with a “family style steak house.” With the new growth of the valley, the Shoup’s found a perfect location in Murrieta to open the “new” RJ’s Sizzlin Steer. The new location was chosen because of the tremendous need of good quality restaurants in the Murrieta area. In June of 2006, Cindy and her partner Matt, who is also Cindy’s husband, unveiled the “new” RJ’s Sizzlin Steer. The restaurant was met with rave reviews, boasting 2 beautiful dinning patios, 5 large TV’s, a fire place in the bar- very cozy and inviting, and a large dinning room with ample ambiance and friendly service. RJ’s can accommodate large parties and accepts reservations for parties of 15n or more. The restaurant is proudly named after Cindy’s son R.J. in honor of his father and grandfather, who had also established restaurants many years earlier. Cindy & Matt are committed to keep their beautiful restaurant a great place for the community to meet, eat and enjoy fine dinning in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Their motto, ‘quality food at prices that keep their guests coming back for more.
