Geometrical Measurement & Calibration
Calmepro is equipped to do the most various measurements for the most demanding customers. Products with accuracy's of less then 1µm are common to us.
For these measurements Calmepro has a well equipped laboratory. The laboratory itself is a class 1000 Cleanroom With local class 10 environments. it's humidity and temperature is controlled within respectively 50 ± 10% Rv and 20 ± 0.5°C.
As well optical as probed measurements are used, depending on type of the product.

Mass Flow & Pressure Service
Calmepro is one of kind in mass flow service. And now also calibrates Pressure transducers.
Calmepro uses primary volumetric standards and in some cases also molbloc molbox calibration standards for exceptional accurate volumetric measurements and calibrations.
Calmepro is brand independent and keeps spare parts on stock of many types and brands of mass flow controllers. A good relationship with all Mass Flow Manufacturers guarantees a fast response to our customers and ensures synchronization with modern technology like digital MFC's.
Normal service like calibration and ultrasonic cleaning are usually within 5 day's.
Standard all calibrated MFC,s are He leak-tested.
