Welcome to my world.
Much of the summer I spend flying clients around Alaska. The rest of my time I devote to nature photography in many styles. From aerials to macros and IR to intimate animal portraits. Please take time to look around the web site. I am in the process of re-organizing the images to make for easier access to the types of images you want to see.

More photo safari to remote glaciers and volcanoes are in the planning for 2011. If you are looking for a custom photo safari, drop me an email. I will be leading trips to remote locations for one day, or possibly overnight excursions. Prices vary depending on the number of participants, but groups remain small less than 6 photographers on any tour. I have some truly unique destinations in mind that I do not publish so as to keep the traffic down. Drop me an email and we will see what I can arrange for your vacation up here.

September 2, 2010 Stern magazine chose an image to print full two page spread.
June 2010 Four images won Bronze Awards (no Golds were awarded to anyone) at the Epson International photographic pano awards. see www.artwithinnature.com
March 2010 Three of my images were selected for a nationwide touring exhibit called Alaska Wild, which is sponsored by the the Alaska Society of Outdoor and Nature Photographers. Exhibit is in Loussac Library Anchorage in December 2010.
February 2010 Stephan Fine Art Gallery in the Captain Cook Hotel contracts to display and sell my artwork to the public. Stop in and say Hello to Kristin.
January 2010 '76 Pyro ( A leading magazine for professional fireworks ) Features a story on Alaska using my images and story.
Sept. 2009 Six! of my images were selected to tour Alaska with the Rarefied Light juried exhibit. One of which was awarded Honorable Mention.
The Anchorage Museum collection committee has selected my image "Secret Stream" for their permanent collection.
