Chapbook Literacy Project
The Chapbook Literacy Project (CLP) is an outreach project between metro Detroit area schools, the CLP, and the talented authors and artists themselves.The focus of the Chapbook Literacy Project is to introduce students to digital technology and to promote appreciation of the written word in order to aid in developing information-literate youth and young adults for the 21st century. The goal of this outreach project is to provide students with an opportunity to create and digitize their own written and artistic works.

As the working language of GBIF and ENBI is English, a precondition to make biodiversity information avilabable for any user in Europe is translation into other European languages (Dutch, French, German, Greek, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish).
